Job Description:
Responsible for general maintenance in a medical specialty campus. Provides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, general maintenance and repairs on various systems such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned.Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Minimum 2nd class B boiler license preferred, or the ability to obtain a special license within 4 months; and a 2nd class B within 18 months from date of hire.
Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.
