Responsible for initiating and maintaining cash flow processes in compliance with Essentia Health policies and procedures. Responsible for all duties associated with the processing payments, denials, and corresponding adjustments to patient accounts. Reviews patient accounts to determine when refund of monies is appropriate. Processes refund requests from insurance companies, patients, and others. Promotes a customer-focused atmosphere that is consistent with the organization’s vision, goals, and objectives.Education Qualifications:
