PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Physician-led practice seeking additional full-time Hospitalists to be a part of the hospitalist team at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND
• Department of 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support
• 2 Admitting Services scheduled per day, 7 days per week
• Responsible for Emergency Department admissions, consults and direct admissions
• Responsible for working with our One Call/Hospital Supervisor team taking transfers from outlying facilities.
• 12 hour shifts – 24 weeks per year

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine
• BC/BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (opportunity for mentorship)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation

LOCATION

• Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
• 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul
• Fargo-Moorhead population: 200,000
• Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
