This position will help facilitate the best quality of health care for our patients by providing accurate and specific documentation of patient visits within the practice.Education Qualifications:
Required Experience
- Medical terminology experience required.
- If not currently enrolled or a graduate of a degree, requires 1 year of experience as a transcriptionist or medical secretary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a transcriptionist or medical secretary
- Exemplary work ethic and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to adapt to individual site needs
- Strong computer skills – technological savvy
- A typing speed of 50+ WPM
