Provides therapeutic services and diagnostic services to patients and families. This is to include but is not limited to individual, group, and family therapy, mental health intakes and assessments, diagnostics, and coordination of treatment services for the patient. May be required to provide Minnesota DHS Clinical Supervision requirements as required for Partial Hospitalization Programs.Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

JOB SUMMARY
Provides therapeutic services and diagnostic services to patients and families. This includes but is not limited to individual, group, and family therapy, mental health intakes and assessments, diagnostics, and coordination of treatment services for the patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Working in the primary care setting as a Collaborative Care psychotherapist,
- Complete diagnostic assessments
- Provide short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy
- Frequently assess patient progress and update registry
- Work in a team with the patient, their primary care provider, and a collaborating psychiatrist
- Provide patient-centered care
- Monday-Friday, day hours
Educational Requirements:
Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling, psychology, or other discipline that meets eligibility requirements for licensure in the primary state of practice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical or behavioral health setting
- Familiarity with Behavioral Activation, Problem Solving Treatment, and Motivational Interviewing
- Experience providing care to a diverse population
Certification/Licensure Requirements:
Licensed to practice psychotherapy in the state in which the position is based. Licensed or license-eligible to provide telehealth services in other states in the market
Minnesota:
· Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) or
· Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or
· Licensed Professional Counselor or (LPC) or
· Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Wisconsin and North Dakota:
· Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or
· Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or
· Licensed Professional Counselor or (LPC) or
· Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Salary
Non Credentialed Minimum $30.28
Credentialed Minimum $33.31
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
This position works weekdays. May be required to work some early evening hours. Work is performed in an office environment that is well lighted and ventilated and reasonably quiet. Able and willing to travel to neighborhood and regional clinic sites to perform duties as requested.
