Job Description:

As a Quality Partner at Essentia Health, you will provide technical expertise for assigned system-wide initiatives. Key responsibilities for this role include working in partnership with leadership and multi-disciplinary teams to participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of system-wide quality programs. Quality Partners analyze customer needs relating to organizational initiatives and apply quality principles to such initiatives. Additional roles include designing a knowledge/data base of quality principles, concepts, tools, and methodology; sharing information and communicating throughout the organization. In a consistent and value added manner, this person will support continuous quality improvement efforts and continuing personal and professional development across the organization.

Education Qualifications:

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with a preference in health care related field, quality improvement, change management, or leadership
  • If candidate is a registered nurse, bachelor's degree needs to be obtained within 3 years from hire date.

Required Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in quality, healthcare, or a related field

Core Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory support for continuous compliance through out the organization, analysis and presentation of quality data to key committees
  • Patient safety event investigation and root cause analysis
  • Creation of content and presentation of data on an organizational level
  • Conducting tracing and regulatory consults on site on a regular basis
