Job Description:
Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions.Work Experience:Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience.Education Qualifications:
Minimum of one year recent (within 5 years ) adult ICU, Emergency Department, or acute care Obstetrics experience
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current licensure in state (s) of employment. May be required to hold multiple state licensures, depending upon work location.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.
Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
