Seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as ambulatory care supervisor for neuro-diagnostics, neurology, neurosurgery, interventional neurology, pain management, and the Spine Center at Essentia Health's 32nd Avenue Building in Fargo, North Dakota. This RN works on a salaried basis, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. There are no weekend or holiday requirements.Education Qualifications:
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

What You'll Do:
Provides oversight of the daily operations of multiple assigned departments and sites, including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy. This individual may intermittently perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient’s health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family’s self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- Current RN license with the North Dakota State Board of Nursing.
- Minnesota RN licensure required within 3 months of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire.
- 2 year’s nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting, or community health with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Must maintain Ambulatory RN competency.
