The Retail and Production Manager is responsible for leading overall retail and production operations. Includes day-to-day and event operational oversight, P&L responsibility, creating and implementing growth strategies, business analytics, as well as customer and employee relationships. Coordinate training and assist in the management of kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities.•Supervises the management of labor and mentoring of supervisors and associates.•Oversees and collaborates with Nutrition Services Leadership team to develop and execute retail plans.•Provides product presentations, sales recaps, and future development plans. Supports positive vendor relationships.•Oversees product selection and development from inception to delivery, recommending purchases and inventory levels based on consumer and market trends, sales strategies and financial goals as defined for each category and outlet.•Utilizes reporting tools to review inventory, sales, and status of each item in assigned merchandise categories.•Manages and communicates potential discounts, special pricings, inventory concerns and other issues impacting business.•Oversees development and training of customer service programs and product knowledge.•Drives and explores additional revenue streams.•Ensure development and training of customer service programs and product knowledge •Ensure accurate procedures for opening and closing the store, including accountability of cash and credit cards, and security requirements •Address and resolve any customer issues •Management of food cost, food safety and waste controls. • Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities • Records inventory and Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food • Menu planning and implements specials. Select and develop recipes as well as standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality • Establish presentation technique and quality standards, and plan and price menus • Ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen • Oversee special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrates culinary techniques • Assists with managing patient feeding and retail operations as needed.Education Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
· Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, including and P&L responsibility
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
