Seeking a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant to serve at our walk-in clinic on Highway 34 in Park Rapids, Minnesota. This RN, LPN, or CMA works a flex schedule, typically working 24 hours weekly, but the scheduled hours may be flexed downward or upward without notice. As a flex employee, this candidate will qualify for full-time benefits. Shifts are 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, and every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required.RN ($33.21 hourly, or more with experience):Is a professional practicing in a multi-faceted domain of specialty nursing that focuses on health care of individuals, families, groups, communities and entire populations. Provides care that occurs in primary and specialty care outpatient facilities, non-acute community out -patient settings; during tele health nursing encounters that occur in medical offices or by individual nurses in the home or business. Have authority, accountability and responsibility for nursing practice; makes decisions; and takes action consistent with the obligation to promote health and to provide optimal care recognizing that health is a universal right. Interacts with patients in concert with other health professionals, skillfully uses the nursing process to assess primary concerns, identify problems, analyze and integrate subjective and objective data, decide on a plan of action, apply the appropriate intervention and evaluate the outcome.LPN or CMA ($19.55 hourly, or more with experience):Assists RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health. Will perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated. Cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category.
