Performs a wide range of complex administrative and secretarial duties and coordinates various office procedures in support of the assigned executive(s). Performs a broad and varying scope of administrative support duties of a confidential nature. Uses independent discretion in completing and maintaining complex projects or programs requiring a high degree of initiative. Serves as recording secretary for committees as assigned. Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree plus 5 years experience in a complex office environment OR 7 years experience in complex office environment
- Comprehensive skills in personal computer software systems and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and databases (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Strong ability to multitask
- A high level of professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management
- Experience with meeting coordination and note taking
