Seeking a Sterile Processing Manager to serve at Essentia Health's Fargo Hospital on 32nd Avenue.Accountable for the daily operations of the 24-hour department and has oversight for assuring that sterile processing standards are consistent across the system in hospital and clinic sites. Ensures staff provides high quality infection control and patient-focused services in all locations which comply with local, state and federal requirements. In addition, the manager collaborates with leadership to complete the operational plan and meet budget and productivity targets. Inherent in this role is a focus on customer satisfaction which includes delivering quality that support patient care and meets the expectations of physicians and staff in the departments served.Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or associate’s degree in healthcare or business related field. If candidate holds an associate’s degree, a bachelor's degree is required within 3 years of hire/transfer

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
- Certification in Health Care Leadership (HCL) through Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) within 1 year of hire/transfer.
- Current certification as a Sterile Processing Technician through an accredited organization (CRCST - Certified Registered Central Service Tech, HSPA or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician CBSPD) required upon hire/transfer.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sterile Processing and/or Operating Room required.
