- Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency
- Department of Transportation (DOT) Health card required at time of hire

- Must become forklift certified within 90 days from hire date
