New Grad RN's
Essentia Health is dedicated to supporting your transition to practice. If you are a senior in nursing school, feel securing in knowing you'll have a job upon graduation. Essentia provides opportunities to apply, interview and be offered a job before graduation with additional NCLEX prep and transition coaching available to you. Once you begin your employment with us you will benefit from a series of learning and clinical work experiences through our Nurse Residency Program.
